Lantern Festival & ACCC Chinese New Year Festival 2010 Prep

We Need You!

The time has come for us to invite you to come and help out the Exec team in food preparation (such as dumpling-making), as well as help during the Festival nights (selling, being loud, cooking, looking pretty...) Not only this but it's an awesome chance to catch up with fellow KACers and to get to know the 2010 Exec team!

We basically need:
1. KACers to help make dumplings!
Held every Saturday before the festivals, you can come any Saturday you like. When you are free with nothing to do, come and hang out with us!

2. KACers to help us on the Festival nights and/or as sellers and/or cooks!
Whether you are free for all three nights, two or even just one night out of 26th - 28th February 2010, or free for a day on the 13th February 2010. If you're extra keen, help us out at both!

3. KACers to lend us equipment!
Such as gas elements, gas tubes and bottles, and freezer space (big or small). All equipment will be very well taken care of, and cleaned after each use.

ACCC Chinese New Year Festival 2010

Venue: ASB Showgrounds
Date: Saturday 13th February 2010
Time: 9:00am - 5pm (public times. KAC helpers' times TBA)

Lantern Fest

Venue: Albert Park, Central Auckland
Date:26th - 28th February 2010
Time: 5.30pm - 10pm (public times. KAC helpers times TBA).
Cost:FREE entertainment but not-so-free scrumptious ethnic (mainly Asian) foods from the many street stalls in which KAC will take part in. (SO COME & HELP!)
